The place was fairly clean, I loved its staff and rooms.

Wonderful small and fairly clean place, knowledgeable staff. Large room, comfortable bed and large bathroom.

The pool area is very clean too.

Bed was spacious; room was bright and stylish. The staff was highly courteous, amazingly kind, nothing too much trouble. Good lobby. There were fast internet and great parking available. It was conveniently located.

everything was first-class! the room was luxurious, had iron and ironing board, and cable programming. the pool was nice and i had warm drinks in the sports bar. a market and shops were right next door.

Exquisite location, modern interior, substantial breakfast. I loved adequate room, it had an incredibly large bed, balcony, television and terrace. Restaurant was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Easy check-in and exceptional service.

I had a very delightful stay here, very good value for money. Quiet bed, warm room, cosy, savoury breakfast. It was conveniently located, easy to move around. Fabulous hotel, 0.5 km from Aeropuerto de La Fortuna airport. Awesome view of city. Brilliant service at all times too.

Very good value for money for La Fortuna. Great bed, normal double room with a spectacular view. The gardens were quiet here. Location was prime: supermarkets and shops within walking distance.

Dirty bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor, we were a little disappointed.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, we would return here. Room was decent sized and staff FRIENDLY. We dined out at Restaurante Rana Roja, set right next to the hotel.

We liked the room, it was decent sized. All in all really wonderful stay.
